I’m trying to break out of my routine of cooking the same things over and over again, so tonight, I made blackened tuna.
The last time I had this dish was at the nice restaurant for my birthday while I was in Hawaii with my parents, so I knew any attempt to recreate that would likely fail.
I was right. It didn’t melt in my mouth the way Roy’s did — but for a first attempt, it was pretty good. I also successfully made a tasty Cajun seasoning.
Looks like I have another culinary skill to perfect.
